What is the difference between climate-controlled and standard units?

A standard unit is like a garage with a roll-up door. It is not heated or cooled. A climate-controlled unit is indoors. The temperature is held between 50ºF in the winter and 80ºF in the summer.

Do you have R.V., car, boat and motorcycle storage?

We have both outside parking and standard storage for boats and vehicles. R.V. storage is up to 45 feet in length. Most cars require a 10x20 unit. Motorcycles will fit in a 5x10 unit.

When can I access my unit?

Gate hours are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week. 

When is the office open?

At all six facilities the office hours are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM on week days and 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday. They are all closed on Sunday. Please note that the Eastgate location is closed on Tuesday and the Amelia location is closed on Wednesday.

What happens if I lose my key?

We do not have a master key. If your keys are lost, we will need to drill the lock. There is a $25.00 charge for drilling the lock.

Why do we have to provide our own insurance?

In many ways, renting a storage unit is like renting an apartment. In both cases, you provide your own insurance. The difference is that if you do not have insurance, we can point you toward a provider.

How big should my unit be?

Visit our Unit Sizes page to view a table showing approximately how much each unit size will hold. Overall, you are better off with a unit that is a little too large rather than too small. A larger unit gives you more room to work around.
